Excellence in Indigenous Tourism Awards
Traditional Tulalip
Attire: Dressy evening wear, cocktail attire, or business formal; Traditional Regalia is warmly welcomed.
This year’s Awards Gala theme, Traditional Tulalip, celebrates the rich heritage, artistry, and natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest as we gather on the lands of the Tulalip Tribes in Washington! Step into an evening grounded in classic Coast Salish tradition, surrounded by deep forest greens, warm cedar, natural wood accents, and striking Tulalip museum artifacts that set a timeless backdrop for honoring our industry's top leaders.
We invite attendees to showcase their style with thoughtful touches inspired by Indigenous artistry - whether that’s authentic Indigenous-made jewelry, intricate beadwork, woven accessories, or stunning creations from Indigenous fashion designers. Traditional Regalia is also warmly welcomed and encouraged as a meaningful expression of your heritage and culture. Feel free to pull color inspiration from the venue’s natural palette: rich blacks, deep browns, bold reds, and vibrant greens.
With a delicious menu, recognition of our industry’s highest achievements, and opportunities to support the future of our field through the American Indigenous Tourism Association Tourism & Hospitality Scholarship(opens in new tab), this promises to be an unforgettable evening of celebration and community. Pack your finest, add your unique cultural flair, and get ready to celebrate excellence with us at Tulalip!
